Our Climate House is open to the public again.
After 15 months of renovation, visitors can explore our adventurous jungle again; walk through the serene desert and discover the unique Cape flora. It has been a long year of hard work for the Hortus, but we can proudly say that our new Climate Greenhouse is now fully sustainable. It tells the story of biodiversity, climate change and, of course, the importance of plants for all life on earth.

A little disclaimer: remember that our jungle and Cape plants still need to get used and grow a bit. Be patient with our plants – and be kind to them when you visit, for happy growing!
