It is also possible to purchase individual tickets, allowing each person to enter independently.
Guided tours
There are many stories to tell at the Hortus. With a guide, you will discover and see more. Our tour guides will happily show you the highlights of the Hortus. But is also possible to request a special themed tour, like evolution, medicinal plants or any other topic of your choice.
A tour lasts one hour and is available every day between 10am and 5pm.
There is a maximum of 8 people per tour guide, with a maximum of 3 tours at the same time (total 24 people).
Price per tour guide €60 (excluding admission fees).

Company activity
Looking for an activity for your team or department? Our mini guide book introduces you to recent innovations at the Hortus and sustainability solutions in the plant world.
Through themes such as insulation, waste and water, you’ll discover clever strategies from the plant kingdom and explore how these ideas can inspire sustainable business practices.

Escape game 'Plant code'
Are you looking for a suitable outing for your company or organisation? Have fun solving puzzles together in the Hortus and crack the plant code!
No knowledge of biology or plants is required. A keen eye, a knack for puzzles and logical thinking are all you need. And you’ll be learning about the plants in the Hortus and their origins. Teamwork is key, with a healthy dose of friendly competition. Which team will crack the code first?
This ‘Plant Code’ escape game takes place in the Hortus and lasts up to 90 minutes. It’s open to groups of between 4 and 25 people.
Cost: €200, including a guide.
