On 28 March, the Hortus shop will once again be hosting a mini-market on the square in front of the entrance. This time, the overarching theme will be edible plants! You will also have the opportunity to meet some of our suppliers on this day:

Kwekerij Amstelland will be present with organic edible plants (and can tell you a lot about them).

Nieuwe Bodem will be offering delicious herbal tea from its own land.

Tanja Hilgers will be selling her beautifully illustrated recipe cards.

At Potverdorie, you can enjoy tasty spreads made from “ugly harvests”.
