Myrthe van de Weetering (vocals/violin) and Thijs de Klijn (guitar) form a duo that stands out for a sound that is both fresh and modern, yet at the same time pleasantly warm and accessible. Thijs is ‘a true virtuoso’, whilst Myrthe has ‘a voice as soft as silk’ and a unique playing style. They both have broad musical tastes and a penchant for improvisation. This is evident in their playing, as is their long-standing friendship and the many hours they’ve spent flying together. At the Hortus, they’ll be playing a mix of their own songs and songs from all over the world.

There are two sessions: 17:30–18:15 and 18:30–19:15.
With an entry ticket (or Friends membership) to the Hortus, you can attend and listen free of charge.
