Come and enjoy live music on our sunny terrace every Sunday evening from 5PM!

Trio Ru Paré consists of Gijs Stigter (accordion), Joosje Holstein (violin/vocals) and Esther Koolstra (vocals/viola). Besides their performances with the eight-piece Balkan band Klezmagic, in which they are known for their energetic shows, in a trio line-up they actually show the intimate side of the Balkan repertoire. Their music is an atmospheric combination of traditional Balkan songs and their own compositions, inspired by the rich musical culture of south-eastern Europe.

Although all three study at the conservatoire, they delve into different branches of music: education, composition and interdisciplinary/experimental. Together, these diverse backgrounds form the strong foundation on which the trio celebrates the connection and joy of music.

Let’s travel to Bulgarian mountains, along Greek coasts and far beyond the Balkans through Lebanese valleys. Let yourself get carried away by their infectious dance rhythms!

Reservations are not required. Live music on our terrace is part of our festive summer programme – with an entrance ticket you visit a terrace concert for free.
